I had a horrible experience, a couple of months ago where I came in for a baleyage and I showed a photo, and my hair came out NOTHING like it , when they cut my hair it literally looked like the end of a birds tail. and when I showed photos to the other hairstylists they all said 'yep, its looks exactly the same." first of all, they did streaks which I NEVER asked for, didn't explain anything to me probably because they don't know much to begin with, they will just tell you whatever you want to hear to get a dollar out of you. don't trust them unless you have a super basic hairstyle, they are all phony, but I did go to Deauville and they are helping me remedy the problem and slowly gain my confidence back, considering on top of it all the hair dresser was careless and left it in my hair so long my hair fried, and then they would brush my hair and pull it so hard my scalp was bright red and I would literally say 'ow' every like 30 seconds, that was the lady with long white hair, and the "girl who is sooo amazing at hair dying' thats the one who ruined my hair and my confidence for months now, only just starting to recover from not going out for 4 months and always wearing my hair in an ugly bun, their hair ut would only allow an ugly bun or ponytail, and I would cry before going to work because of how ashamed I was, honestly don't go there if you are depressed or have confidence issues, really take your time to find someone, its no joke so many people are crooked these days, even if they sound/appear to be nice, I hope if the ladies of the salon read this comment that they realize that its not right to lead someone down the garden path, if you don't know how to do something its better to be honest, I don't even know how those ladies charged me 300$ for this ugly botched hair style, I didn't want to review them because I felt bad, but honestly someone needs to speak up against these ladies who ruin other ladies confidence for money, its not right.

My best friend won a haircut at Saco at a charity event. Very excited she went in last week and said she wanted something a bit different but that she wanted to be able to tie her hair in a ponytail. Well....she left crying, her hair is barely in inch long in the back!!!!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw her. Was this guy to preoccupied to listen? Is it because this was a charity haircut? Either way, what is done is done, but please ladies be careful !!!!! Not really impressed.
