Amazing store!! Beautiful selection of European products. Staff and management are friendly, and helpful..
I really love the things in this store. They are SO very different. A little expensive...yes...but, worth it. In my opinion, you won't find quality like this, elsewhere. The linens are quite beautiful. I especially love the children's section.
Horrible! Nancy, the manager was completely unhelpful and unpleasant. She had no interest in making sure customers would develop any brand loyalty with Zara. This useless woman would not refund my return, as I arrived ONE day beyond their one month policy! On January 3rd I purchased decorative items at Zarah Home, Crate&Barel, and Simons. All were happy to refund whatever I didn't want to keep, except for Nancy at Zara. Crate&Barel have an excellent return policy of 90 days! And lovely, helpful sales representatives. Simon is an absolute pleasure to shop at. They have wonderful staff and a 30 day refund policy as well, but made no fuss about a month plus a day and cheerfully refunded my return. I will no longer shop a Zara Home.
This the only Zara Home store in Quebec. If there were others, I'd visit them. Because the staff who works here are very cold and unhelpful.
Nancy Mirarchi (the manager) is horrible and inhuman. Shes very rude and unprofessional. It seems like many customers are complaining about her.. my advice dont ever step into this store if you don't want to be scammed!!! Be aware
