The Caprice staff are qualified and they take the time to explain everything to you well. Very accommodating. Treats every single customer as family. Went to get my engagement ring, readjusted and the service is absolutely superb. Would definitely return.
I ordered a size 8 1/2 instead of a 5 1/2. NOBODY was willing to repair the ring because of the pearl that is on it. Then I found Caprices, who did a very cheap and well done repair on the ring without leaving ANY soldering flaws. They even offered two espresso when we were talking about the repair! Highly recommend this place, very friendly staff. Will definitely return eventually to buy a ring!
After looking online and seeing great reviews I decided to call and ask about getting my engagement ring enlarged. I wanted it done as soon as possible as a surprise to my husband for our 10 year anniversary. I really can not say enough about the amazing service I received from the moment I walked into the store. Not only did they help me remove my wedding ring that had been stuck on my finger for 8 years but they were also able to enlarge both my engagment ring and wedding ring In only a few hours and they did an amazing job. I really can not thank the staff enough for making me feel like a priority.
