Arrived at 6:30am on a Friday. 5 people already waiting. Office started operations at 7:30am sharp. Pre-screen took 3mins. Next available counter in less than a minute (4 counters were open at that time). A few questions, document check, payment. Everything was extremely efficient and attentive. By 7:45am I was done. Congratulations. That's how all offices should work!
