Used to be a regular I would call and place a delivery order . Maximum I wait was like 15 to 20 mins Today I placed an order and as I am writing now it's been 55 mins and still order didn't arrive I called 5 minutes ago to cancel the guy on the phone said it's on its way and that I have to be patient since it's the holidays and that I have to understand. After giving me lessons in morals I tried to tell him that when I called I asked the girl of its busy she said it's really quiet that's why I placed the order What really pissed me off was the way the guy on the phone spoke to me as if he is giving me lessons using phrases like ( you have to understand it's holidays ) ( you have to be patient ) I would rather changing him and putting someone on the phone who would say I AM SORRY SIR FOR THE DELAY , YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY NOW AND IT'S LATW THIS TIME BECAUSE it's holidays I would really appreciate your patient thank you . Update my order arrived . It is hot so I took it .Still one star because of the wrong guy in the phone .
Nice place with huge plates
We have a young child so instead of going to the restaurrant on a busy rainy Friday night, we thought we might try their Express side (we go to the restaurant at least once a month). Oh boy, was I wrong about this, after being stuck in a traffic for an hour on Friday (not their fault), I wait patiently for another 15 minutes for my order, drive home as fast as I can and find out that a dish is missing, even worse, it's the one for my son! No other choice than to return to the restaurant and ask for a missing order, I understand that it's a busy day but at Marathon it's always a busy day, If you don't want a 5 year old screaming at you about his hunger, check your order before you leave the site!
The service is very slow it took them forever to prepare my order !!
Twice I call their delivery line and the girl who answers has a MAJOR attitude problem!! No need to be snarky when customers are asking appropriate questions..Food is good but poor customer service..
