Had a wonderful conversation with the guy from the fish section to find out when I got home he slipped me a used filter which i just spent 70$ on. I managed to make the filter work after 20 minutes of tinkering with it, to realize there's parts missing, no top for the filter, no instructions and missing filter media inside. Very disappointing. ( I don't live in laval so the transit is kinda ridiculous to get back there, i just happened to be in the area)
Walked in with my kids to purchase bird toys on july 27. My 16 year old was abruptly told dont touch the birds (when she wasnt touching them) We looked around for about 20 minutes. While two employees were in store (man behind counter and woman on floor) no one greeted us or came over asking if we needed help (store was empty). Dont know if these store are part of a chain but service at the Pointe Claire location rocks.
C'est une animalerie grande surface. Le staff connait peu prt leurs sujets, j'viterais d'acheter plantes d'aquarium la-bas moins que vous vouliez hydra, nematodes et infestation d'escargot. Tout est plus cher qu'en ligne ou ailleurs.
It's clean. The animals seem to be well taken care of. The only thing is that if one cat cost $260 to adopt, when a pair must be adopt together $260 each is quite stiff, less chance of the cats to be adopted out. Might I suggest some sort of discount?!?
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They sell cats and dogs from shelters.
