PLUS JAMAIS AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE DE MARDE! by far the worst management and customer service experience I've had with U-Haul. this Catherine character was rude, did not answer my questions, and ignored requests for a follow-up. i used to rent here last year, there used to be a really good gang of employees who were honest, service-oriented, and happy to help. it seems uhaul not only drives away customers, but also their own employees. never again.

Good service and fast. it was nice clean place your could get truck and rental, highly recommend.
Unprofessional employees. Had to return 3 times to the front desk from the warehouse because they kept giving lockers that were already in use. Bought something at the front desk and the clerk rolled his eyes at me when I mentioned he didnt give me the advertised discount. Called on the phone and asked if this was U-Haul as I didnt understand what the clerk said and he answered Well thats what I just told you with a smirky tone. That same clerk told me to call back another time because he couldnt figure out how to process a payment over the phone. Ridiculous.
Good service. Rented a small truck here to move some furniture. Truck was good and the price was more than fair.
