Do not deal with this store. We used to deal with the downtown location and they are actually able to offer you service. Apple should really reconsider keeping this location open.
Terrible service with a big side of stinky attitude. Ive spent close to 10k here over the past few years and came in with a defective charging cable and was basically told it was my fault and I needed to buy a new one. Both employees I dealt with seemed both to think that although they are simply middle aged retail schleps, that entitled them to have a condescending superiority complex. Just like Apple as a company, you people need to get over yourselves or people will just stop buying your products. Shame on Apple Canada for not listening to all these reviews and acting on them. This store and employees are tarnishing the Apple brand in ireparable ways. Im glad my company provides me with a computer and I dont need to spend any of my hard earned cash here.
Worst Service ever! After two weeks with no information on my device, I call and ask to speak to a manager. They take my information and don't call me back. I call back and they give me the run around. It's completely unacceptable. Apple needs to revamp this entire team.
This store is the worst Apple Store to go to if you have an issue! They don't even deserve the one star but without a star rating this review can not be posted. Apple head office sent me to go get help since it was the store fault that my program got deleted. I asked to speak to the senior manager (requested by one of their employees) and was refused to see one. The floor managers are very rude and disrespectful to their clients. My issue did not get solve. After this situation I will be sure not to buy anymore Apple products. #todayatapple @Apple
Yes the place is packed. What do you expect when you are selling one of the best brands in the world ! As for the service ???? The service - yes it took time to get a sales person. However once i got a sales person i asked over a 100+ questions and each and everyone was answered. The questions were about the Macbook Pro. The sales person was professional, polite, courteous, and patient. Guess what???? I purchased the Macbook Pro, 1 Terabyte back up and also the Apple TV. The sales people who work at this location know there product(s). As for the service while i was waiting for a sales person; i observed people being rude, nasty, mean, insulting, foul mouths to the sales staff. The sales persons no matter what acted professional with a smile at all times. How do you rate a store that offers this kind of service based on 5 stars? They deserve more MAYBE 10 STARS. Overall great service.
