We Have been going to this IGA and today when my wife and granddaughter were there my wife spoke to the cashier in english and she either wouldn't or couldn't speak english. My granddaughter spoke to the young man packing the groceries in english and he made a funny rude face and laughed. I hope this is not the store policy. Regardless our future shopping will be done at the Metro store down the street.
2018/07 Not many complaints shopping here ,it's cheaper than Metro & the staff are polite but the online shopping service is not as good as other IGA's in the area. The fresh produce chosen for online order is often either not that fresh or damaged /rotten(green) as if they are getting rid of old stock in the back. If it were'nt for this I would've been happy to give them 5 stars.
Excellent service, atmosphere and good prices/deals. IGA is not the cheapest supermarket but it is worth the slightly higher prices for the freshness, quality and availability. Their staff is always super friendly. THAT alone makes me enjoy going their for my shopping needs

ok overall , layout of this store not optimized , but my biggest concern is that they have very little beer selection compared to most IGAs and not enought beers in fridges either. To compare the Metro nearby has way more cold ones and to choose from.
