Great prices and quality flowers
The service was great until our wedding day. The delivery driver knocked on our hotel door and pretty much threw the box into my hands and ran off. It was so fast that I didn't even get a chance to give him the tip I had prepared. I figured he was just so busy so i called him down the hall and gave him the envelop. I quickly found out why he ran off, once i looked at the flowers some of them on both mine and my bridesmaid bouquets were turning black. Actually they looked molded. Plus the corsage for the mothers were wrong, it wasn't what we had ordered. I called the store to be told that those were the flowers I had chosen and to just pick them out of my and my bridesmaids bouquets and that nothing could be done. You can imagine my thoughts and frustrations. My wedding day was busy enough already but now I was stuck picking out and throwing out flowers from what should have been perfect bouquets. And an expensive bouquet to that matter. I admit he told me that he didn't like working with that type of flower (Stephanotis) but didn't insist at all. He mentioned they "tend to be more yellowish" and pointed to a flower in the store that was off-white. He didn't insist more than that so i thought it would be ok. He is the expert in flowers, not me. If a flower is not good or not workable than don't sell it. His answer was that he warned me and that I chose them anyway. First the problem is that they were not "yellowish" they were black and molded not at all the same thing. You can rest assured that if i was warned of this i NEVER would have chosen those flowers but yet his argument was that i chose those flowers so "too bad". Second, even at that, who delivers molded flowers?? Our hotel was 5 minutes from the store, I strongly doubt they were "perfect" before leaving. A lady came to fix the mothers corsage but no correction was done on the bouquets, no refund, no follow up apology , no nothing. When i called my soon to be husband to warn him to careful look at the flowers he mentioned that the delivery driver didn't even right their door and that he had left the box at their doorstep. They were all home so he obviously did not ring the door. Sure enough their flowers had the same issue. If you look at the posted photos I added one. i understand these things can happen and i could have gotten over it if a sincere apology and compensation would have been provided but apart from an defensive reply we got nothing. I consider that horrible service and we are extremely shocked and disappointed of that. My husband and family use to get all their flowers there. There are definitely no longer clients. A simple 50$ or free bouquet at a next visit, or even a better attitude could have acceptable for us but instead we were told we were at fault. Definitely not how you handle a upset customer on her wedding day. Thanks
