After receiving a gorgeous bouquet from a friend (in a stunning amathystcrystal vase) I noticed that the lilies in the collection had already died.I called LaDiva, sent of photo of the wounded blossoms and without abeat, Sharon said "no problem, we apologize, and we'll send you areplacement".The next day, I was expecting a few replacement lilies. Instead, theyhad sent a duplicate of the ENTIRE luxurious bouquet!! This is clearlyabove and beyond Great Customer Service! Bravo to La Diva - I can't wait to use this business again.
