Staff are very social and welcoming. Gym isnt busy and has everything you need. Glad to have chosen this gym, much better than the previous ones Ive tried in Quebec. Highly recommended.
Excellent gym with great amenities and a clean environment. Hours are very flexible amd accommodating. Equipment is top notch as well. Highly recommended to join, wont regret it!
As a new member to Gold's Gym from what I've seen is that the gym is very clean, machines are brand new, the staff is very friendly, food and shakes are delicious, the pool and jacuzzi are a really nice size and there is a cinema cardio section that makes you feel like your in a theatre. In comparison to other gyms, Gold's gym is vastly greater. I will be a member there for a very long time.Price is definitely more expensive than the average gym but Gold's Gym is above average overall. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed! Was offered a rate when I signed up months before the gym opened. Was reassured my rate wouldn't go up, or if it did it would be by a dollar give or take. Was blown away to have my gym rate increase 30%. Totally not what I was promised. I've called and brought this up with management and am still waiting to hear back. Unacceptable in my opinion when you've got gyms like Monster who honor the rate you sign up for--- for life!!!! Feel like I've been lied to and lost trust in this gym. Apparently this stunt has lost them some members and I may be close to follow if we cant come to a resolution.
