I've been with this gym since 2013( when it was Body Shop). The staff are very kind and nice. I come here every other day I would say this is my second home in Canada I would like to have a trainer but I found that it is pricey for me, I don't blame the gym, just myself can't afford it.
This is a review of the Body Shop. Not what it used to be. Cancelled my membership after 2 years of a marked decline. Dirty, smells of mold and the equipment is not well maintained. Too bad as this is a nice space at a great location.
The gym is great and the staff are amazing. My biggest annoyance is the parking. Idiots keep on parking on the sides in the road instead of IN THE ACTUAL PARKING. The manager should put cones or give parking tickets.
This place is perfect. Never had a bad experience there, staff is kind and friendly, plus the gym is always clean. 5 Stars for sure!
Check with Paul he gave me an excellent overview of the gym services , he was pretty knowledgeable in terms of understanding the type of training I needed ,usually these places employs young adult not ready for all types of client requests specially when used to more expensive gyms
