First visit and was pleasantly surprised with how Dr. Lambert and his staff are! You can tell he truly cared about the animals and there health. He answered all my questions and have plenty of recommendations and by no means is trying to force you to purchase anything. I chose this vet for my new Chihuahua instead of taking him to the vet in chomemdey that took care of my other dog because of all his reviews and had to see for my self. (Which he exceeded expectations) ! I will be back in 2 weeks and will post my visit
We recently moved to Vimont and adopted a dog. He has had a lot of health issues since then and we have spent more time than most at the vet. They where always super nice, they spent plenty of time explaining and even calling us back when we had questions. I would highly recommend!
If I could give this clinic .5 of a star, I would. The most unprofessional and unorganized vet, I've ever been to. Our dog has diabetes and needs his insulin injections 2x a day. When we called to notify the staff that we would be picking up the insulin (after e-mailing them the morning before as they requested), they notified us that the vet would need to speak to us first and that they would call back. They never called back and even after calling them 4x, they had no news. They left us with very little insulin, for a dog who relies on it. They do not answer any e-mails and they write nothing in our dog's file, therefore there is no continuity of communication (like all other professional clinics). So unless you speak to the same person, no one knows what's going on. Gave this clinic multiple chances , but they failed every time. Never going back.
Please do not bring your pets here. Extremely disppointed with the vets. They dont know what they are doing. Theyre make you pay intensive sums of vet fees and not even give you a proper diagnosis. They go by process of elimination! So unprofessional and extremely expensive. My pet actually got sick after been prescribed antibiotics from this clinic.!! If I could give no stars I would! I repeat DO NOT bring you pets here. Save yourself headaches,money and time!!!!
Nice clean place. Bilingual staff is very nice and helpful. They don't push or try sell you anything you don't need.
