I really want to give a zero star. When I just check in went into my room. There is no hand wash soaps. I call the front desk ask them to send some. Came with one little tiny small piece of soap and a conditioner as well. Then when I start to take shower, I found there was no shampoo but two conditioner and lotion. Well, I didnt want call and bother them again so I went into the bath but all you can see, the water came out from both up pipe and down pipe and the water from up pipe just like drizzling. The drain of the bath was blocked! Can you believe this? This is a worst hotel in the world!
Service is good. But the door lock in the bathroom is broken, the thermostat cover is losing. Wi-Fi service is down at the night when I stayed.
great room. very confortable and clean, however the doors aren't soundproof.
I'm a non smoker and I travel with a pet. We had to stay at the ground floor because pets are not allowed on the second floor. It is OK, I understand. (My dog is perfectly trained, but I understand that not all of them are.)The first room smelled heavily tobacco and over it the scent to disguise the smell.The second room smelled like old beer, honestly disgusting. But we had only this 2 options.And of course it was impossible to leave a window opened for the ventilation because the people from other rooms would open their doors and smoke right there. We stayed for 3 nights and never the floor of the bathroom was washed, on the last day no toilet paper. We had ants in the tub.So it was a very bad experience. It was very unpleasant. Honestly we've stayed in cheeper motels that were better keep and no people smoking around.
Shower curtain was smelly, (mildew?) Removed it and room smells fine now. Good location but slow, overly saturated internet. Employees are friendly. Can't comment on breakfast as it is not vegan, and I haven't bothered to go down.
