This slightly overpriced motel has a great bed, is clean and has excellent wifi. The room seems newly renovated by, well, a porn movie director. Complete with changing color led lights and fake fireplace. I would have gone for a more low key choice but hey, if its clean and neat than whats to complain about :)
Diamond in the ruff! People may perceive its an older motel from the outside drive by but trust me it was very comfy for me travelling alone for Telecom work in Laval. Excellent renovated room with its own non-shared WiFi and great tv service. Just needed to turn on AC unit to cool room and the young man on the desk was perfectly hospitable and gracious. Need more people like this in hospitality. Will stay here again for the price point.
This is the most terrible hotel anyone can ever stay in, the manager is so rude and so Unprofessional! I wanted to change my room because they said my room number out load for everyone standing at the lobby to hear which room I was staying in, which I was uncomfortable to stay in that room, as other people were listening and had seen I was alone! Im very nervous about these things! The manager asked me to pay extra money to change my room although it was their fault! As a women she should have understood that. as nice as I was , trying to stay in a safe room where my room number was private and not for everyone in the lobby to hear where I was staying, and they refused to change it! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Do not stay herE! I booked to stay in a deluxe room, and asked to be on the main level, they gave me second level and did not want to change it unless I pay additional $30! Manger did not even try to explain why she couldnt change the room, it was like take it or leave it this is what it is! So bad! The front desk agent tried to help me, he sincerely apologized, changed my room gave me a key and I went to the room to check in. 5Mins later, the manager sent the front desk agent to my room, made him take me out of that room because it was reserved for another guest. It was the same exact room type just different room number. But the manager made us leave that room and made us check in the same room that was originally given to us, that room that the room number was announce in front of other people. Women staying in a city that I havent stayed in, I felt so nervous! but unfortunately the this situation was poorly handled, manger is someone that you cannot communicate with, after me leaving a review, she made the front desk agent call my room at 11:40pm to ask me if I needed explanation of why my room wasnt changed! Moral of this story is, do not stay here if you have anything that goes wrong or u need little adjustments, you will not be accommodated! Costumer service is not really a priority in this place! NEVER AGAIN!
Good service clean rooms ok for the money they charge
Very unique... size of rooms seem pretty standard. Breakfast served daily; which consist of chocolate croissant, croissants, bagels, cream cheese, jellies, bananas, apples, and orange juice. Gave 3 stars off incorrectly INFORMATION. Friendly room attendants.
