Very friendly and supportive staff, in fact, they are fantastic to interact with. As a business model, the staff/team here is the best I have seen. The management here knows what customer service is all about, and I feel quite welcome here. As a business traveler, I visit at least every other month. The hotel is a very good price for your money. The hotel is older though, and TV channel selection is limited.
Great hotel at a great location, right across from a big shopping centre with many restaurants. Very comfortable stay, rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and nice, and the hotel had a gym and swimming pool inside. Would definitely recommend.
Rooms were clean and smoke free. Front desk was very helpful considering we didn't speak French. Pool was empty and refreshing. Shower water was very hot which is nice. Not the best off ramp from the highway as we almost crashed entering the parking lot haha
The check in process was fast and simple, the room was nice and clean. Only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was 5/5. Only downside, I don't believe the rooms are equipped with USB chargers, so make sure you bring a wall charger with you, so you can charge all your USB devices.
It's an older hotel but quite clean - staff are very friendly and prompt, fully bilingual and helpful. They also stock numerous toiletry items so if you forget anything, they have you covered. Rooms are decorated in an older style but quite clean and come with the usual fridge, iron, blow dryer, tv. Rooms are quite clean and the curtains fully close to block out light. No bar or restaurant as that is under reno. Also, the gym is essentially all cardio, small and very limited dumbbells up to 30lbs. There is a medium sized swimming pool too.
