I am not a person who has alot of money but would rather save for awhile & buy something that is comfortable & will last. I research & spend my money carefully. I purchased a Madison sofa bed & hydraulic storage bed frame. I'm so happy with both purchases. I was treated so well, like my purchase really mattered. The furniture was delivered on time & because this is an old apt building in Quebec City with very narrow stairs I was given option of having furniture assembled on site. The delivery people were so polite, removed shoes & set straight to work, used floor protectors on everything. I love dealing with this company & now I save for an armoire for which I will get at Boconcept. I cannot say enough about this very great company and all associated with them. Bonnie Hansen
We purchased almost all our furniture for our new house at BoConcept, I deeply regret I didn't purchase it all! With the experience of buying a new house and having to deal with multiple people/companies we developed a certain know how. The experience with Hani and his wife Natasha has been a total class act, by FAR the most exquisite treatment out of everybody we have dealt with. And this exquisiteness follows through Dimitry, the delivery man. What else can one say, c'est de la classe!!
Its impossible to go wrong at BoConcept. Furniture is timeless, both in design and quality. It allies elegance, simplicity and coziness in a way I havent found elsewhere. Great design, Excellent quality! Hani and Natasha at BoConcept were extremely helpful in helping us design our living room in a true to life 3D model. Their insight was amazingly helpful. We ended up purchasing almost all our furniture from them over the years. Every time we did our diligence and looked around for ideas and designs and we just end up coming back to BoConcept Laval. The furniture is just the best looking, modern, well made, and the help from the team is invaluable because they are really trying to help solve our problems, not sell us a bunch of things like is usually the case elsewhere. The deliveries were also some of the best I have seen. Clean, Efficient, extreme care taken by the delivery team.
