Bought office furniture there a few days ago. Professional people giving good service. I will buy from them again.
Horrible, horrible, horrible Thank god the internet gives us customers a voice and we can hopefully help ppl along the way know what theyre getting involved in when making big investements in these stores I spent 6000$ at this store There was a little piece missing on one of my items and it wasnt properly balanced movers said we took a picture Ashley will be calling you in 2-3 days to bring the missing pieceObviously 5 days later no call back I call myself they still Hadnt ordered the piece They said they will order it and someone will contact me to install it They call me back a day later and say we need to order the whole piece so it will take 2-3 weeks to get the piece But they said we will bring someone to balance it in the meantime so at least we can put all our clothes away thats still in boxes because we have no dresser Company calls me back they will come balance it 2 WEEKS FROM NOW !!!So now its been OVER A MONTH I have boxes unopened full of clothes because they cant come any sooner Tried calling the store to speak to a manager on 2 occasions no one returned my calls Clearly they dont care about customers after they take their money If you like spending 6000$ And still waiting 1 month and a half after you move to clear your stuff then this is the store for you

Nice store. I went to the one in St-Jrme.They have good quality furniture not the particle board and veneer junk most places carry these days. I'll definitely go there again when I need something.
