Walked in to buy a sofa, no one approached me to help me. Once I finally got a rep to assist me, he just mumbled to go see the other rep across the room. The second rep showed me a sofa and we were discussing it. He was unprofessional and all of a sudden he walked away while we were still talking. "On se revoit demain!" he shouted from across the room with a grin laugh. When confronted about why he left me, he couldn't explain his behaviour. He also did not know his products. No dimensions, no prices. You lost my business the moment I walked through the door and the store next door got it.Worth noting that both employees laid their hands on me, one would give that awkward one handed shoulder and the other would put his hand on my back and push me/guide me. DON'T TOUCH PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW.Don't assume you know people. Sir, that lady with me was my sister, not my wife. Did you see any rings? Did I ever mention she was my wife? You offended both of us with your assumptions.Don't go there save yourself the trouble.
ALERT, ALERT, ALERT!!! AVOID BUYING FROM THERE!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service! I ordered a coffee table end of august And was told that they will receive it in store end of october. I called today (nov 3rd) and they told me that the table will only get in store by end of january. They forgot to call me and when I told the salesman that it was very unprofessional he couldnt care less..
we bought a sofa there, quite expensive but good quality. Anass was the one to help us choose and was a great help and has a great knowledge of the product. Were were also impressed with the delivery service, it was handled with great care.
Mobilia Laval Bad customer service! They do everything to sell their product and once it is paid for they never deliver the product. I ordered since August and it is now 2 months still did not receive it. Joseph was the seller, he was really nice when we purchased and now that we call back he is careless and rude!!
