I loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Every time I came to the desk even for the smallest thing, they were willing to be of assistance. The morning breakfast was very nice as well. The pool area was nice. The gym was very clean. It was an enjoyable part of my stay in Laval Quebec.
I lost my Ipad and they sent it back to me free of service charges. The staff were really nice and understanding when I told them about my situation. Their reception and breakfast services were exceptional as well. Great place!
It's a basic hotel but it's nice. Not too expensive. I like the generous complimentary breakfast with "to-go" bags if you need one. The gym is basic but useful. Pool is kept clean. The pool is small, but what do you think you are, an Olympic swimmer? Ease of access in and out of the hotel. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. Stayed several times for work there.
Stayed here a bunch of times. Modern Hampton standard. No complaints. Will be back, I'm sure
Clean and the associates are good. A little out of the way from Montreal, but their rate reflects that. Breakfast is included and its the normal Hampton spread. It works. Rooms are clean. Indoor pool. Won't disappoint as long as you realize where it is.
